Wolf provides offshore and land-based inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, modernisation and on-site staffing. We are qualified to examine and certificate the following:

Wolf adheres to current industry standards, manufacturer recommendations and customer requirements. All standards define a minimum frequency of inspections dependent of what type of lifting equipment is being inspected. Our employees are trained and undergo refresher training on all types of lifting equipment; all our inspectors are LEEA qualified offering detailed inspection reports.
Crane testing
Wolf provides independent witnessing of performance tests of such equipment to ascertain that guaranteed performance values are met. The service may include verification of test reports for routine tests, witness test, and a review of performance calculations.
Typical operations performed on the equipment include:
- Static and dynamic load testing
- Operational testing
- Non-destructive testing
- Visual inspection for distortion
We can also liaise with inspection personnel to ensure continued compliance with relevant bodies, i.e. ABS, DNV and BS standards. This ensures equipment is maintained with API 2C / DNV / LOLER requirements for offshore cranes and associated lifting equipment.
